I care about the thinking behind the treatment.

My work lives at the intersection of the treatment room, education, luxury client experience, and operations. I have developed protocols, training manuals, product knowledge, onboarding, sanitation standards, and client communication systems alongside hands on facial practice.

That experience shaped a simple belief: good esthetics is not just knowing what to do. It is knowing why, when, for whom, and when not to.

I teach a barrier first, evidence informed approach that respects scope of practice, individual skin, and the difference between a persuasive claim and meaningful evidence.
